Adult Equipping - Sunday School

Beginning June 6, 2010

9:50-10:50am

Adult Sunday school for the summer …

This summer we plan to gather in the auditorium and view & discuss video series by Ray Vander Laan. Ray has videos that are filmed “on location” in Bible locations tied with insight Scripture and life lessons. We’ll begin this great study June 6.

The series we’ll be discussing will focus on being a disciple of Jesus and living “in community.” Pastor Ken has shared with us the Bible truth that we – the church of Jesus Christ – are to live in a community relationship. Our culture is very much “individualistic” which puts us at odds with our culture. We need help. The videos are about 20-25 minutes long. Brent Goertzen will facilitate a discussion after each video focusing on what we can do to live the truth.

We encourage all the adult classes to attend. Plan to sit together as groups so you don’t lose the continuity/relationship you have in the smaller classes. We are in this together – as the entire body of believers – so we encourage your smaller group to join the larger body of the church and everyone will be encouraged watching God among us.
